Celebrate the last month of winter by making your way to the Bream Creek Farmers Market this Sunday 2 August. We have our usual range of beautiful, local produce and we are welcoming new stall holder The Fish Bar, who will be making fresh fish and chips using locally caught fish and Tassie spuds. Frog Hollow Nursery are also at the Market this month with their gloriously healthy plants and seedlings, and Dave is a wealth of knowledge about what to plant in your garden.
Some of our other favourites to try (if you haven’t before) is the excellent caramel slice from Ange at Vintage Sugar and the beautiful, crunchy and juicy apples from Duggans Orchard – straight from the apple-growing heart of Tassie.
Finally, the BCFM Produce Table and Community Garden Stall (pictured above) always have such a lovely range of seasonal produce straight from local gardens. It’s one of our busiest stalls at the Market and for good reason.
