Production costs have been raised through sponsorshop from local businesses, and we would like to thank our generous sponsors for their support – Allure Boutique, Little Quoin Farmhouse, Kate Storey Real Estate, Port Arthur Historic Sites, Tassal, William McHenry and Sons Distillery, The Tasman Gazette and The Sorell Times, Rannoch Quail, Cape Bernier Vineyard, Mures Tasmania, Photography by Alice, Endless Waves Hairdressing, Cunningham Holdings Earthmoving, Dunalley Waterfront Café and Groovy Native Permaculture.

Money raised from the sales of this cookbook will go back into supporting the Market to ensure the future of the market.  In addition, we are delighted to be able to support the Dunalley Primary School Association, where 5% of all profits from sales of the bookbook being to support the next generation of bakers, makers and growers.
