September Market 2025

Celebrate Father’s Day at the Bream Creek Farmers Market

Weather Note: Tomorrow’s forecast is a top of 19 °C with possible rainfall. Don’t worry—with plenty of undercover areas on site, you can stay cosy, enjoy the live music, and relax with a drink or a bite no matter what the weather brings.

This Sunday, we’re throwing one of our biggest markets of the year — the Father’s Day Market! From 9am – 1pm, the market will come alive with over 30 stallholders, live music, local wine and plenty of food to keep Dad smiling. We’ll also have beer and a BBQ with a choice of classic snags or goat sausages straight off the grill.

Wander through the stalls and discover:

  • Fresh fruit and vegetables
  • Sourdough bread, croissants and sweet pastries
  • Mustards, curry powders and olive oil
  • Honey and beehives
  • Goat meat and goat skin care products
  • Cow’s cheese and milk
  • Liqueur, coffee, ginger beer and more
  • Locally made dog treats, flowers and alpaca products
  • Books from Bandicoot Books, plus artists and makers

And if you’re looking for a thoughtful gift, there’s no shortage of handmade goodies to spoil Dad.

This month we’re also running a special fundraiser: selling garden netting by the metre. With spring just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to protect your veggie patch and fruit trees — and every metre sold helps keep our not-for-profit, volunteer-run market thriving.

The Bream Creek Farmers Market is proudly run by locals for locals, supporting Tasmanian growers, makers, and small businesses. It’s a place to connect, celebrate, and share in the abundance of our region.

So bring the family, rug up if it’s chilly, and enjoy a Father’s Day filled with live music, great food, and community spirit.
