Artisan cider makers, Lost Pippin, will be doing a cider making demonstration at the next Market on 7 July at 11:30am.  Lost Pippin are based in the Huon Valley and all of the fruit used in the cider making is grown on site.  The cider is made from 100% Tasmanian fruit – what could be better than that?!  Come one down to the market, do your shopping, stop for a coffee and snack at get some tips for brewing your next batch of cider at home.
