Spring has well and truly sprung at the Bream Creek Farmers Market and this month we have a glorious collection of stalls ready for the Market. This Sunday, we also have our Fathers Day Long Table Lunch, cooked and served by the wonderful parents and friends (and kids!) from the Dunalley Primary School and coordinated by chef Eloise Emmett. The lunch has been extremely popular and tickets are now sold out, however if you are really keen to come along, pop in and check if there are some spare spaces when you come to the Market on Sunday!
Many of our stallholders have special products for Fathers Day, including Fathers Day bags from Vintage Sugar (full of homemade jam, peanut brittle, cookies, popcorn, rocky road and fudge), a special Fathers Day Wine Pack from Bream Creek Vineyard (2010 Pinot Noir and 2011 Cabernet Merlot for $55) – and Alastiar from Cape Bernier Vineyard recommends his Cape Bernier “La Frontiere” Sparkling Brut Rose 2011 as the perfect Fathers Day tipple.
Little Quoin Farmhouse will be making Tassie’s best Eggs Benedict Rolls for brekkie too – with their award winning bacon, free range Tassie eggs and real hollandaise sauce… it doesn’t get much better than that!
We also welcome back a few of our stallholders who have a had a short break from the BCFM – Frog Hollow Nursery with their terrific range of plants (and the best advice too), Pies of Mother England (after a sojourn back to the mother country), Duggans Brand apples, Tasliquid Gold Honey and McHenry and Sons Distillery
