Cacciatorie Workshop by Sirocco South this Sunday

This Sunday, Mic Giuliani from Sirocco South will be presenting a cacciatorie making workshop at 10:30am. You may have seen Mic recently on the Gourmet Farmer with Matthew Evans, on SBS and if not, you can watch the episode here.

Cacciatorie is a traditional hunters sausage – traditionally from Italy’s Calabria region, it is an air dried, spicy pork sausage which can also be the basis for many other sausages using different meats, herbs and spices.

Mic will be demonstrating the process of making this gorgeous sausage, so make sure you time your visit to the market to coincide with this terrific demo. While you’re there, stop by Sirroco South’s lovely stall to buy the freshest, tastiest pasta, sauces and other goodies for a fabulous and stress free Sunday night dinner.
