UPDATED Stallholder list for THIS Sunday 3 November

Apologies for the previous post, this list contains the correct stallholders for the market this Sunday 3 November.

 

It’s a bumper crop of stallholders who are ready to sell Tassie’s best and freshest produce at the Bream Farmers Market this Sunday…

Little Quoin Farmhouse – amazing pork rolls and free range pork products.

Kellevie Kitchen – Kate North will be selling her locally made range of jams and chutneys – and we’ve heard that the beetroot relish is to die for!

Jakob’s Pantry – cakes, slices, tarts and pastries, using old fashioned recipes, a must try!

Coffee Workz – Brewing the freshest hot coffee and beverages.

Frog Hollow Nursery – a fantastic range of native Australian and Tasmanian seedlings and food plants. Dave and Zoe have a wealth of knowledge about plants and gardens and are always happy to give advice and answer questions about what plants will be best for your garden.

Sirocco South – fresh pasta, lasagne, pizza bases and other really delicious Italian meals to take home and pop straight in the oven. Sirocco South are always very busy so it does pay to get in early!

Vintage Sugar – macarons, brittles, seasonal baked goods including tarts, muffins, and slices, Tasmanian toffees, marshmallows and fudges as well as a beautiful selection of sweet dukkah and flavoured sugars.

Swallows Nest Farm – Grace will be selling an amazing range of flowers, all grown at Nubeena – including Proteas, Leukadendrons and varieties of Waratahs with more to come as the season progresses.

Cape Bernier Vineyard – local wines, olive oil and olives all from Bream Creek.

Sea Eagle Seafoods – Bill Smedley will be selling hot smoked seafood, pates smoked fish, fresh fish, pickled fish and fish in sauces.  Sea Eagle Seafoods are based in Eaglehawk Neck.

Burnside Olives – olive oil from Tim and Penny Dunbabin.

Crooked Enterprises – flavoured salts, rubs for meat and delicious confectionary.

Nana’s Farm Beauty Products – natural remedies, healing and rejuvenating creams developed by Valerie Haines, http://www.nannasfarmbeautyproducts.com.au/index.html

Tasliquid Gold Honey – produced from hives around Southern Tasmania, http://www.thehoney-pot.com/about-us/

Fudgey – Tasmanian gourmet fudge produced on the Tasman Peninsula, http://fudgey.com.au/.

Honk Mustard – made locally in Taranna, from an original Finnish recipe, and amazing with cheese, meats and fish – back by popular demand so make sure you stock up on this incredible product.

William McHenry and Sons Distillery – gin, vodka and whiskey made at Port Arthur – delicious ice creams as well.

Seaside Seedlings – locally grown herb and veggie seedlings as well as some natives, hardened to local conditions – Ron will also be selling his Complete Organic Fertilizer (COF) – this stuff is amazing, make sure you snap some up for your veggie patch.

Figilicious – four varieties of fig trees grown in Bellerive.

Mike Xiong – an ever changing, seasonal range of locally grown fruit and veggies.

Bream Creek Vineyard – delicious cool climate wines using locally grown grapes.

Wellington Range Meats – based in Collinsvale, Wellington Range Meats produce lamb bacon and beef bacon from animals grown on the farm which has been owned by the family for 110 years.  The animals are treated humanely and no chemicals or sprays are used on the farm.

Bream Creek Seafood, Peta Freeman – smoked seafood, including salmon, octopus and mussels.

Lost Pippin – unique, artisan ciders made with heritage apples and pears grown here in Tasmania.

Sarah Wavell-Brown – will be selling her live young chooks.
