The Community Stall is one of the most popular stalls at the Market, due to it’s ever changing, fresh, seasonal range of produce. On any Market day you might find fresh fruit and veggies from local backyards, bunches of freshly cut flowers, gorgeously packaged seeds from your local area, freshly baked sourdough loaves, jams, chutneys and more. It’s like a little snapshot of the Market itself!
This month, the Tasman Peninsula Recipe Calendar will also be for sale at the Community Stall. This recipe calendar is by local chef Eloise Emmett who is part of the team at the P and F Hut who cooks the amazing snacks and lunches that are so popular at the Market. Eloise’s recipes are fresh and seasonal with a focus on food grown on the Peninsula. Eloise is also part of the team working on the Bream Creek Farmers Market Cookbook, so come and support her by buying a gorgeous calendar – they make lovely gifts as well and are easy to post to friends and family interstate or overseas.
