BCFM in the Tas Country today


The article about the BCFM Cookbook written by Roger Hanson and published in an abbreviated form in The Mercury on Monday, has been published in full in today’s Tas Country.  This week’s edition of the Tas Country also features an article about Mic Giuliani from Sirocco South, and his sausage making workshop at the BCFM last Sunday, using goat meat from local Leap Farm.
