May Market – Sunday 3 May

There’s a fine day forecast for the Market tomorrow, and a beautiful variety of produce will be available.

Why not buy a few gourmet treats for a picnic and drive down the hill to Marion Bay Beach for a peaceful Sunday lunch, or kick back on one of our big red bean bags, listen to some live local music, and take in the atmosphere of the best little country famers market in Tassie?

Or simply give yourself the night off cooking and buy and gorgeous, pre-prepared meal from one of our stall holders  .

We’re thrilled to welcome Slow Food Tasmania who will be stopping off as a part of their tour of the Forestier Peninsula – they’ll be listening to a talk from Kate Field of Leap Farm to hear about the exciting developments of their goat milk dairy (just up the hill from the market), and then heading off to visit the Bream Creek Community Market Garden.

This month we welcome back Daosiri Priest with her fabulous ready to eat Thai curries.  The perfect thing for lunch, we can’t wait.
