firstly: we apologise for the lateness in our monthly market day post; our Commitee Members, not unlike most Tassie Folks have been busy over the Summer so far with their farms, school holidays and well-deserved break time! This is a great moment to mention that, as a not-for-profit organisation run by volunteers, we are always looking for people to be a part of our humble yet growing local community market. So if you’re interested, please feel free to contact us in person tomorrow (look for the green MDM vest!) or email at email@example.com
Secondly: we’d like to wish everyone safe travels be it coming to our market this weekend or for a trip elsewhere on the beautiful island. Bush fires are claiming areas, and the silly season can bring about added pressures on our roads.
We would like to remind you that dogs are welcome to come along for your trip to us, however they must be kept in our designated Dog Parking area near the Grounds entrance, with water bowls supplied. Our kids activities will be at the market once more so bring on the fun under the summer sun!
