We trade as a partnership under our own names – Sue Metzler and Greg Pitt.
We make and sell a large range of Preserves – Jams , Marmalades, Chutneys/ Relishes & Sauces, Also Fresh Vegetable dips (Gluten & Dairy free), Lavosh bread and some other baked goods. We use fresh local ingredients wherever possible.
How long have you been growing/operating?
We have had several incarnations during the 21 years we have been selling at markets including Lebanese lunches, Chocolate fudge, Fruit Pastes and now our Preserves and Dips.
Over the years we have won many Gold Medals and several Trophys for our products at The Royal Hobart Show Fine Food Awards.
What is your favourite product?
We have several however they change according to our mood at the time but we only sell products we enjoy making.
What do you enjoy most about what you do?
Producing our products, meeting new people and getting their feedback.
What do you enjoy the most about the Bream Creek Farmers Market?
The friendly atmosphere & good organisation. The public clearly enjoy the experience of the market.

Has anything especially funny ever happened to you at a market?
Offering tastes of our confectionery and getting comments that it is sweet.

Direct contact with the customer and getting feedback.
