This week is the perfect time to make a few dollars from your excess silverbeet in your veggie patch – bunch it up and bring it along to the Community Stall.

The Community Stall has become a staple stall for fresh produce and is the first stop for many Market visitors – with many of our larger vegetable producers closed for winter, this is the place to find a lovely home grown selection of fruit, veggies, flowers, bread seeds and more.

As regular Community Stall shoppers may already know, Community Stall coordinator Ellie is expecting a baby in late July and we are aiming for a volunteer roster to help man the stall on market days.  It may only be a matter of helping out a few times per year, and helping on the stall is a really lovely way to get to know all the shoppers and people from our community.
