BIG BREAM CREEK BRUNCH
Join us this Sunday for a special big breakfast, lunch and book signing by Eloise Emmett, winner of Gourmand World Cookbook‘s Best Australian Woman Cook, and author of Seafood Everyday. Ellie will be making salmon rashers, French toast with maple syrup, homemade cinammon porridge, baked beans, sausages and eggs – plus seafood chowder for lunch.
And from some of our other stallholders: freshly baked croissants, crumpets and pastries from the Community Bakers Stall, egg and bacon rolls from the Dunalley Primary School Association, buttermilk hotcakes with berry compote and cream from Wattlebanks, and coffee, chai and freshly pressed mulled apple juice from Barista Sista. All local – no smashed avo here!
Also for the first time, we have Hellfire Bluff Distillery from just over the hill at Boomer Bay, selling their superb vodka and gin made from local spuds.
Do brunch with us, and pick up some fresh local produce at the Bream Creek Showgrounds, this Sunday 2 July, from 9am to 1pm.
