Today we are featuring the amazing bakers from Jakob’s Pantry. Their sensational range of cakes, cookies tarts and pastries was a smash hit at the last Bream Creek Farmers Market, selling out of everything that they brought and receiving rave reviews from market goers.
Make sure you get in early at the next Market on Sunday 3 March (we can recommend the apple pastries!).

No shop front as yet, selling at markets around Tasmania.
Jakob’s Pantry bake amazing hand-made pastries, tarts, cakes and cookies. We enjoy making our pastry and fillings using quality locally sourced produce where possible. We love our old-fashioned recipes and so do our customers!
How long have you been baking?
We moved to Tasmania from South Australia ten months ago and applied to have a stall at Salamanca. Our application was successful and we have since attended many markets in Tasmania.
What is your favourite product?
I love our pastries. Whether it is a Banbury (delicious) or a lemon tart (amazing).
What do you enjoy most about what you do?
I enjoy working everyday with my family, and enjoying the market experience of meeting new people and presenting our pastries.
What do you enjoy the most about the Bream Creek Farmers Market?
Having been only once, I was struck by the beautiful scenery and “ fair like” atmosphere of the market.

Our products are only available at a variety of weekend markets and festivals that we attend.
