Graham Redhead, nationally renowned cheesemaking instructor, will be running a one-day cheesemaking course at Dunalley Primary School on Monday 16 June.
Graham conducts popular cheese making workshops across Australia, and his 2 day course in Hobart has already sold out. We are thrilled that Graham has kindly donated his time to run this special one day course at the Community Kitchen, where participants will learn to make several kinds of cheese and gain some insights into the fascinating art and science of cheesemaking.
