Stallholder List and Special Events for the BCFM this Sunday 1 December

It’s a real milestone for the BCFM this month – we are celebrating a year since the first market AND the launch of the Bream Creek Farmers Market Cook Book! There will be a special long table lunch, gourmet hampers for sale (perfect for Christmas pressies), beautiful hand printed and hand made BCFM merchandise for sale and of course, all of the wonderful stallholders that make up the incredible variety of fresh, regional and seasonal produce that makes the BCFM so successful…

We welcome new stallholders;

Rachael Naumann, selling her lovely garlic,

Nose-2-Tail, selling dried pet treats,

The Jam Tarts with their gorgeous, locally baked products,

Sandra Jackson who will be selling honey, jams and preserves, and

Richmond Cherry Farm with their fresh, locally grown strawberries.

We are also excited to let you know that Giffard’s Bakery will also have some bread for sale on the Community Stall this month!


Little Quoin Farmhouse – amazing pork rolls and free range pork products.

Frog Hollow Nursery – a fantastic range of native Australian and Tasmanian seedlings and food plants. Dave and Zoe have a wealth of knowledge about plants and gardens and are always happy to give advice and answer questions about what plants will be best for your garden.

Vintage Sugar – macarons, brittles, seasonal baked goods including tarts, muffins, and slices, Tasmanian toffees, marshmallows and fudges as well as a beautiful selection of sweet dukkah and flavoured sugars.

Swallows Nest Farm – Grace will be selling an amazing range of flowers, all grown at Nubeena – including Proteas, Leukadendrons and varieties of Waratahs with more to come as the season progresses.

Cape Bernier Vineyard – local wines, olive oil and olives all from Bream Creek.

Beanyard – making excellent espresso coffee and tea – using beans roasted in Tasmania.

Sea Eagle Seafoods – Bill Smedley will be selling hot smoked seafood, pates smoked fish, fresh fish, pickled fish and fish in sauces. Sea Eagle Seafoods are based in Eaglehawk Neck.

Figilicious – four varieties of fig trees grown in Bellerive.

Leap Farm – fresh from the green felds of Bream Creek, Leap Farm produce amazingly tasty goat meat and ready made goat dishes such as ragu and curries – one of our most popular stalls so get in early!

Gillespie’s Ginger Beer – locally made, refreshing and delicious ginger beer – with a little kick of booze if you choose!

Bream Creek Pudding Co. – amazing home made puddings with old fashioned flavour, ready to take home and pop in the oven for a Sunday night sweet treat.

Burnside Olives – olive oil from Tim and Penny Dunbabin

Nana’s Farm Beauty Products – natural remedies, healing and rejuvenating creams developed by Valerie Haines,

Honk Mustard – made locally in Taranna, from an original Finnish recipe, and amazing with cheese, meats and fish – back by popular demand so make sure you stock up on this incredible product.

Pirates Bay Berry Farm – award winning jams, berries and veggies,

Daly Gourmet Potatoes – a fantastic range of local spuds; pinkeyes, nicola, kennebec, dutch cream, purple gems and red rascals, more info at

Crooked Enterprises – Anita and Russell Crook – selling spice blends, jams, chutney and sauces – with all preserves grown and made by Anita and Russell, more information at

McHenry and Sons Distillery – gin, vodka and whiskey made at Port Arthur – as well as delicious boozy ice creams.

Seaside Seedlings – locally grown herb and veggie seedlings as well as some natives, hardened to local conditions – Ron will also be selling his Complete Organic Fertilizer (COF) – this stuff is amazing, make sure you snap some up for your veggie patch.

Mike Xiong – an ever changing, seasonal range of locally grown fruit and veggies.

Bream Creek Vineyard – delicious cool climate wines using locally grown grapes.

Nordstrom Catering – John and Ange will have delicious ready-to-eat lamb souvlaki and lamb skewers for sale using locally grown lamb and herbs from their own garden.

Wellington Range Meats – based in Collinsvale, Wellington Range Meats produce lamb bacon and beef bacon from animals grown on the farm which has been owned by the family for 110 years. The animals are treated humanely and no chemicals or sprays are used on the farm.

Pies of Mother England – traditional hand-crafted pies and pasties,

Coledale Walnuts – locally grown walnuts from the Coal River Valley

Bream Creek Seafood, Peta Freeman – smoked seafood, including salmon, octopus and mussels.
