It’s Market Day tomorrow and we’ve got loads of lovely Christmas goodies this month, as well as some fab new stallholders.
We’re pleased to welcome;
Kerenza – Food with Sass, selling homemade spelt crackers, rice crackers, chutneys and dessert sauces (and we’ve heard amazing things about the chocolate sauce!).
Flamecake – one of Germany’s favourite fast foods, Flamecake has a thin, crisp sourdough base, topped with creme fraiche and a range of sweet or savoury toppings. We love the sound of the The Huon (with Tongola goats cheese, tomato, rocket, onion and potato) and The Classic (with Boks bacon, onion, garlic, parsley and Heidi Farm raclette). Oh yum.
